There are some phrases in the English Bible that are so profound and powerful they are a wonder all on their own. This is one of those sets of verses. John 1:11-13 (KJV) is a bold and assuring promise for those who choose to believe. "He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor the will of the flesh, nor the will of man, but of God. As many, the invitation is wide open, as received, whoever makes the choice, he gave power to become the sons of God, the promise is full on assurance and grace for all eternity. Praise God! var refTagger = { settings: { bibleVersion: "ESV" } }; (function(d, t) { var g = d.createElement(t), s = d.getElementsByTagName(t)[0]; g.src = '//api.reftagger.com/v2/RefTagger.js'; s.parentNode.insertBefore(g, s); }(document, 'script'));
