The Christian life is a marathon not a sprint. Jesus spoke of this when he said:Matt. 6:34 Therefore don’t worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
In the Old Testament, the writers consistently talked about telling the good news to the next generation. Specifically, 145 times! The Psalmist is intentional about making sure the truths about God are perpetuated to the next generation. We will not hide them from their children, but will tell a future generation the praiseworthy acts of the LORD, his might, and the wondrous works he has performed. From generation to generation. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever!
