That's what the writer of Hebrews said in chapter 6 as he was making the point that God's promises to Israel were being fulfilled. "I will bless you, and I will greatly multiply you". (Hebrews 6:14). Then the writer mentioned the reality for believers now that Christ has come.
8 so that through two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to seize the hope set before us. 19 We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain.
