prayer instructions

Some of the best instructions on how to pray come from the Apostle Paul.   In Paul's grand instruction to Timothy of how to manage the church where he was, he gave one of the most clear instructions about how prayer should be practiced.

1Tim. 2:1   First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for everyone, 2 for kings and all those who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. 3 This is good, and it pleases God our Savior,
I love how he sums it up in verse 3.  It's good for everyone!  Praise God!
