Prayer is actually appropriate

It's a common theme, but deserves to be repeated.  Prayer is the best option.  God encourages it and joins us in the process.  When we dare to pray, burdens are lifted, His presence inspires us, and we get assurance that He is with us.  The Psalms give us 150 different examples of how to pray.  Psalm 1-Psalm 150!😉 I find I pray Psalm 141:3 frequently.  In the book of Acts, we discover that the ones that were closest to Jesus, took prayer seriously.  Acts 1:14 They all were continually united in prayer, along with the women, including Mary the mother of Jesus, and his brothers.
The examples to pray abound in Scripture!  Praise God!
