the spirit of truth

Jesus referred to the Holy Spirit as the "Spirit of Truth". I believe this is one of the best kept secrets in the Bible.  Pentecostals and Charismatics are often criticized for relying too much on experience and emotion as the basis of their faith.  The Bible conveys it differently.  The Holy Spirit lights up the Bible!  He, according to Jesus, leads individuals into truth.  He is the agent of the born-again experience (Romans 8:16.  Do you want to know more!  Consider what Jesus says about the Spirit of Truth John 14:17; 15:26; 16:13; 1 John 4:6.  Praise God!
