The Value of the word

​The word of God is living and active!  An encounter with the power of the word of God brings the Holy Spirit to come along side to help with motivation, encouragement, and clarity of meaning.   Hebrews tells us:12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. Hebrews 4:12 (ESV)The Bible is also right about the heart when it says: The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it? Jeremiah 17:9 (ESV). God is looking for people He can employ into His purposes. The kind of people who orient their values, plans, thinking and actions around the word of God, rather than the systems of this world.  Take a chance on the Bible.  Get an app on your phone.
