victory

John wrote his epistles later in life and in his books are a great amount of powerful reflection. There is a way to live as a believer where the best day is every day.  It's by fostering the belief and faith that brought us to Christ.  John referred to it in his gospel as "life and that more abundantly" (John 20:30-31).  Years later as he wrote his first epistle he said this:

“For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world--our faith.”
The faith we have in Christ brings victory no matter the circumstance.  It's so powerful, John says it overcomes the world.  Praise God! (1 John 5:4 ESV)
